A new CarrERA

The craziness and upheaval of the past two years has impacted the workforce in a way we have not seen for a very long time. The changes have been substantial and look to be ongoing for some time to come with more upheaval expected in the talent market in 2022.


As Carrera looks forward, we are also reflecting back – in this our 20th year, we are taking some time to acknowledge the many different business cycles we have experienced since we began in 2002 and our evolution as a business over that time. We have stayed in front of the changes to our market by constantly and consistently adapting and innovating to ensure we are bringing the best possible services to our clients and candidates.


A huge part of our change as a business over recent years has been the development of our consulting services. We began a journey almost 10 years ago of developing a range of consulting services and solutions that addressed the challenges and opportunities faced by our clients at different points across the talent lifecycle – ensuring we are supporting them not only to attract the right talent but also to engage and develop their people to their full potential.


With the next phase in this journey now upon us we have finalised the integration of the talent management consulting services – previously delivered under the Engageability brand – into the Carrera business ensuring that we are now an end-to-end people and performance consultancy. So, what does that mean? Carrera is still an executive recruitment specialist – this will always be at the core of who we are as a team and what we do as a business. We have a strength and depth of experience – both in recruitment and in the sectors that we recruit which ensures we continue to deliver exceptional services to our clients and candidates.


In addition we deliver consulting services that support our clients in attracting, engaging and developing their teams ensuring we have a full perspective of the business’


strategy around people and performance. This means we are best placed to partner with your business to ensure programs and solutions are in place to maximise all opportunities to optimise the performance of people.


We look forward to the next phase of our journey with optimism, energy and confidence. There are substantial challenges ahead for many organisations as they navigate the changes brought about by the pandemic – we understand the solutions are not always fast or easy but the results of the programs we have implemented with our clients have produced substantial impact in culture, performance and retention and are always customised to meet the demands of each individual client.
