As they continue to expand their market presence, we’re seeking a Key Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth across the Security and related infrastructure markets
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of key accounts, nurture strategic customer relationships, and identify opportunities to deliver tailored solutions that meet performance, reliability, and integration needs.
Manage and grow key customer accounts across the Security and Infrastructure sectors.
Develop and execute account plans that align with the business growth objectives.
Build deep customer understanding to identify new opportunities and application needs.
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle — from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and close.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
Negotiate pricing and terms that balance commercial success and customer value.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and activity reports in the CRM system.
Represent the business as a trusted technical advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
About You
You’re commercially astute, technically capable, and motivated by helping customers succeed. You enjoy both the strategic and hands-on sides of account management — from developing relationships to closing complex solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent trade background preferred
5+ years’ experience in B2B technical sales, account management, or business development.
Proven success in the Security, DC Power, or related infrastructure sectors with exposure to key customers like Honeywell, Siemens, Chubb, Securitas, Convergent
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools.
