What You’ll Do
As the Commercial Finance Manager reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll manage the integrity of financial records and reporting, ensuring compliance and providing timely insights.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports
Overseeing cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset registers
Managing BAS, tax compliance, payroll administration, and payroll tax/superannuation lodgements
Leading Accounts Receivable and supporting Accounts Payable functions
Partnering with executives on pricing decisions and cost analysis
Driving continuous improvement across accounting processes and internal controls
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
CPA or CA qualification (preferred)
Senior commercial accounting experience (manufacturing background highly regarded)
Advanced Excel and accounting software skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities
Proactive leader who thrives in a small-team, hands-on environment
