What You’ll Be Doing


  • Achieve and exceed your monthly sales budgets.

  • Drive 6 customer appointments and 8 prospect calls daily to maximise your pipeline.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new prospects and existing customers.

  • Develop tailored proposals that deliver value and drive profitability.

  • Proactively identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the game.

  • Collaborate with operations, technicians, and colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience.


What We’re Looking For

✔ Ideally at least 5 years’ experience in B2B sales / field sales.
✔ Proven success in building new business.
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
✔ Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
✔ A natural creative problem solver
✔ Resilient, motivated and target-driven with a hunter mindset.
