I am the Founder and Director of Carrera's Talent Management Consulting Division. I built the consulting division back in 2013 (branded as Engageability) while working in operational and growth roles at Carrera and seeing the opportunity to support our recruitment clients throughout the talent lifecycle - ensuring they were not only hiring the best possible candidates for their business but that they were also developing talent and maximising engagement and productivity.
My career has taken many twists and turns – after arriving in Australia in 2013 I ran corporate events for several years before commencing my career in recruitment, executive search and HR consulting. Working in Australia and Canada across talent management consulting, operational and strategic growth roles has given me a broad range of skills and experiences and unique perspective on the talent market. I have an incredible opportunity to provide something different that will support our clients through all of the challenges and opportunities they face across the talent lifecycle.
What we do at Carrera is challenging… we are always innovating, always striving to ensure we are delivering real ROI and often challenging clients to see things from another perspective – telling them things they don’t always want to hear is sometimes the best way to help. These challenges are what drives my passion for what I do, along with the relationships formed along the way; with many clients now life-long friends. Carrera will continue to evolve to meet the changing needs of our clients - as a business we have always been agile and continue to challenge ourselves to look forward. The journey to this point has been an exciting one and I truly believe the best is still in front of us.
