I joined Carrera mid 2019 as Team Administrator. I took on the role of managing everything office and admin related, working closely with the Consulting team to increase efficiencies and productivity across the business.
In my recent experience with a leading financial institution I was quickly promoted to PA to the CMO; it was fantastic to be recognised for my hard work as well as an opportunity to gain some insight into marketing which has proven useful here! I have learnt so much in my time at Carrera already and I am loving challenging myself to create new and engaging content that supports the strategic objectives of the business while still maintaining responsibility for many operational and administrative activities.
The changes in the past couple of years have given me the opportunity to showcase my creativity and move into an exciting new role managing communications and engagement strategy and execution for the Carrera business.
Our team is unique - whilst we can't always be with one another physically we are an extremely close knit group and I am always looking for opportunities to bring us together to have fun and celebrate successes.
I feel fortunate to be part of a team that genuinely cares for one another and the clients and candidates we work with every day. It really feels like we are making a positive difference in people's lives - no matter how big or small.
