About the role
Your primary field of responsibility will be to provide efficient, effective, and professional administrative support to the Oceania sales and management team across a broad range of administration, office management and sales support activities.
Control all general administration duties pertaining to the Australia and New Zealand business units
Management of incoming orders, logistics communications, stock and sales updates
Provide administrative assistance to sales managers for new product launches
Work with sales managers to assist with the updating of customer information, presentations and product information
Complete advertising and promotional expense reports and any documentation and reports for customer claim requests
Skills and experience
Strong administration and office management skills
Ability to prioritise and in a fast-paced environment and operate with a sense of urgency
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with different functions/levels of employees, broad range of external key contacts
Self-starter with ability to function independently and self-direct
Positive and willing to work within a small team environment
FMCG experience is not essential, however, experience working within a grocery environment would be an advantage
