About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the position requires someone who is prepared to be hands on leading the internal and external digital and marketing communications that connects the employer brand, employee experience and premium project delivery to contractors, clients and other external stakeholders.
The role will have a broad interaction with all parts of the business and responsibilities including:
Ensuring the employer brand, activities, projects and successes are shared effectively internally first, then externally
Identifying, creating and sharing the stories of our company and our employees internally and across our social media channels, including but not limited to website and Instagram page
Drafting communications materials and content to support the delivery of the strategy
Leading standardisation and refinement of business copywriting, style look and feel
Assisting in creating content and graphics for proposals, submissions and presentations
Providing advice to senior leadership on the creation of communication materials and requirement to communicate
Promoting the uniqueness of the business, employees and success of the projects delivered for our clients
Skills and experience
Digitally savvy and graphic art capabilities
Strong written and verbal skills
Ability to work with cross functional teams and a variety of personality styles
Experience coaching and supporting a senior team and broader stakeholders in marketing communications space
Demonstrated experience of bringing marketing concepts to life including hands on delivery
The successful candidate will possess characteristics indicating ability to build trust, take ownership of the marketing and communications function and work closely with the other key leaders within the business.
