About the role
Working very closely with the Founder and CEO driving B2B sales, nurturing leads and closing sales to grow market share, you will qualify high volume inbound leads and enquiries, manage existing customer relationships and drive new business opportunities.
Responsibilities of the role
Achieving monthly sales and conversion targets
Respond to high volume inbound leads & enquiries, present and convert
Pipeline management using CRM and related cloud platforms
Building high quality relationships with event venues, referral partners and event organisers
Work with the existing customer base to retain ongoing events and maximise opportunities for additional business
Prospecting, pitching and converting highly targeted outbound contacts
Leverage support from a dedicated VA and tools like HubSpot to identify business opportunities
Your experience
Significant success selling across large scale events, professional event organisers, trade shows preferred
Building strong and commercially successful relationships with key decision makers
Strength in communication and presentation both via phone and in person
Developing win-win outcomes though strong negotiation skills
Goal oriented, self-motivated, committed and persistent
Highly organised, good personal process and internal structure
